[EdTech] My First (Demo) Video on Adobe Spark

This week, our teacher Jari instruct us to make a short video on the platform of Adobe Spark. He emphasized that this is not a content competition so we can take it easy about the content.

I tried to put my content about Metacognitive Regulation into the video. My primary aim is to try the functions of recording, adding pictures, editing layouts as well as publishing the video. 

My comments:

1. Good points:

- Easy to use and free.

- Online, auto-saved, don't worry about storing the file in laptop.

- Many beautiful themes to choose from. In each theme, the fonts, the colour palette look insistent which create the feeling of 'professional' ^^.

2. Downsides:

- Not many layouts to choose from (within a particular theme).

- It takes a very long time to publish a video so you have to wait patiently.
